Customized Mould Design

In Injection moulds We make multi-cavity Hardened moulds, ranging from 1 - 96 cavities, with all interchangeable inserts in material - stavax, orvar supreme etc. hardened up to 50/52 hrc.

For Main Plates We use pre-hardened material (P-20, Ramax grade) surface treated (anti- corrosion) for rust prevention. In addition, treatments like nitriding and Pvd coating are offered on inserts to minimize friction and wear in moving parts so that our customers can run the moulds on very low cycle time.

In Extrusion Blow moulds we make 1 to 4 parission Moulds with and without Dummy moulds and deflashing systems. Our balanced cooling and use of Heat Pipes, materials like beryllium copper also plays a significant role in reducing the cycle time.

These processes guarantee our moulds to give Maximum life and perform at least a million shots without the need of an overhaul. Customer support is always present to take care of unforeseen circumstances and exigencies.
